Capacity Management
This section provides a consolidated overview of the team members, their skills allocation, and to which teams and which initiatives. There are also two options to check the allocation of capacity and skills:
- Low Capacity (under 80%); this allows seeing which are the team members that are underutilized and that have not proposed contributions to initiatives.
- Low Approved (under 50%): this is a simple way to see how the skills and efforts are directed. Team members might decide to invest effort in initiatives that have not been or are no longer approved. With this simple check, you can make sure that the respective team members can focus their skills on approved initiatives.
This section is part of the expansion plans of implementing notification systems and dynamic proposals for re-allocations directed towards team members.
